8700 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 8700 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions
By registering an account or using any part of the 8700 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
These terms take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process. 8700 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to use online services in Malaysia. 8700 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time.
Account creation, security, and user responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with 8700. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. 8700 accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from inaccurate or false registration details provided by the user.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 8700 support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from the following actions:
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's systems.
- Using automation, bots, or scripts without prior written authorisation from 8700.
- Registering using a false identity or unlawful information.
Payments, deposits, and transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the 8700 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include online banking transfers via FPX and the Touch 'n Go e-wallet. 8700 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or through payment methods not officially listed on the platform.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe indicated for your chosen payment method. 8700 is not directly liable for any failed or delayed deposits resulting from a third-party banking system failure; however, our support team will assist in resolving such issues.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements that must be completed by the user. 8700 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. All withdrawals are processed in MYR to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name.
Liability limits and account suspension or closure policy
8700 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss. 8700's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8700 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
- Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected.
- The user has provided false or misleading registration information.
- The account is linked to another account that has previously been suspended or closed.
- A request from the relevant legal authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to an internal investigation conducted by 8700. Users who believe their account has been suspended unfairly may contact the support team via email for a review.
Intellectual property and third-party links

Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 8700.
The 8700 platform may contain references to or information about third-party services, such as game providers and payment processors. 8700 has no control over the policies or content of these third parties and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of their services. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 8700 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
